- Endorse, guarantee, or vouch for the actions, intentions, legitimacy, or identity of any Host or Guest
- Hold, manage, control, or take custody of funds at any stage of the transaction
- Act as a financial institution, money transmitter, or payment processor
- Mediate disputes between Hosts and Guests
- Guarantee the completion of any transaction
- Verify that events are real or that funds will be used as described
2.2 User Interactions
Users interact with each other at their own discretion and assume all risks associated with:
- The accuracy and truthfulness of event information
- The legitimacy of events and users
- The use and management of contributed funds
- Disputes arising from contributions or events
- Any offline interactions resulting from use of the Service
2.3 User Due Diligence
We encourage users to:
- Only contribute to events hosted by people they know and trust
- Verify the legitimacy of events before contributing

3. No Financial Guarantees or Representations

- That contributions will be used as described by Hosts
- That Hosts will use funds for their stated purpose

- That any event will occur as described
- That payouts will be completed without delay
- That all technical features will function without interruption
3.2 Voluntary Contributions
All financial contributions made through the Service are:
- Voluntary: Made at the Guest's own discretion
- Non-refundable: Subject to our no-refund policy (see Terms and Conditions)
- At Your Own Risk: We make no representations regarding how they are managed by recipients
3.3 No Investment or Financial Product
The Service does not offer, facilitate, or constitute:
- Investment opportunities
- Financial products or securities
- Lending or borrowing services
- Crowdfunding for business ventures

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in your jurisdiction, including:
- Tax reporting and payment obligations
- Anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws

- Gift and charitable giving regulations
